Ben Hutchings 61d61bdb09 [armhf/omap] Make OMAP_DMA built-in (fixes FTBFS) 
Various drivers will call into it if it's enabled, and some of them are
built-in.  This is a bug in kconfig dependencies, but it's not obvious
how to fix it.

Ben Hutchings f64d101705 [armhf/mx5] mtd: Enable MTD_BLOCK as module 
flash-kernel depends on mtdblock, so enable that and include it in
mtd-modules instead of mtdchar (which wasn't enabled either).

Ben Hutchings 4aa3495673 udeb: Add ums-eneub6250, ums-realtek (Closes: #694348) to usb-storage-modules 
While we're at it:
- Sort the ums-* modules into alphabetical order, so they're easier
  to compare with the list of built modules
- Make the ums-* modules non-optional, as the choice of which to build
  is not architecture/flavour-dependent

Ben Hutchings 69c5409867 firmware: Make success and failure logging consistent 
Add logging to firmware_class and remove redundant logging from drivers.
This should give users a better chance of working out what's missing,
without the need for complex documentation.
