Maximilian Attems 38678952e0 topconfig set MEMORY_FAILURE 
currently only available for x86.  sparc will probably also get it.
fedora enables it. adds page flag, see
d466f2fcb32cd97fd586bfa33f5dba3ac78aadb0 and subsequent commits.

Ian Campbell 4f0498a82e xen: enable up to 32G of RAM for 32 bit guests. 
The default of 8G seems unnecessarily constrained. 32G works fine in my testing
and is consistent with 64 bit.
