Disable CFG80211_INTERNAL_REGDB again
...
This option would require us to add a regulatory database to the
kernel source. Since crda and wireless-regdb are now in NEW, let's
not bother with this stopgap.

Remove firmware-linux-free and linux-base binary packages
...
These now have their own source packages.
Change the depends/recommends relations to these binary packages to
use a minimum version of 3~, less than the initial versions of the
separate source packages but still greater than the previous versions.
Remove the debconf templates and translations for linux-base.
