Simon Glass	c8a311d9dd	Introduce a basic initcall implementation This library supports calling a list of functions one after the other. It is intended that we move to a more powerful initcall implementation as proposed by Graeme Russ <graeme.russ@gmail.com>. For now, this allows us to do the basics. Introduce a basic initcall implementation

This library supports calling a list of functions one after the
other.

It is intended that we move to a more powerful initcall implementation
as proposed by Graeme Russ <graeme.russ@gmail.com>. For now, this allows
us to do the basics.
