bitbake.conf: add bzr to HOSTTOOLS_NONFATAL
* it's used by bzr fetcher: meta/conf/bitbake.conf:FETCHCMD_bzr = "/usr/bin/env bzr" and when it isn't available in PATH do_fetch tasks fail with: /usr/bin/env: ‘bzr’: No such file or directory * it was also added in: https://patchwork.openembedded.org/patch/140107/ but this change wasn't merged (nor rejected AFAIS) * cherry-picked from master c7ba7e9e7a7ca2caf453106112dc5a3c855b21d3 (From OE-Core rev: 92f73702d95e9c6ae72de667f225c9d24afe5c0a) Signed-off-by: Richard Purdie <richard.purdie@linuxfoundation.org> Signed-off-by: Martin Jansa <Martin.Jansa@gmail.com> Signed-off-by: Richard Purdie <richard.purdie@linuxfoundation.org>
