Ben Hutchings 05baeba845 net: Disable FIXED_PHY 
This is only useful for specific platforms that need it, and after it
became a boolean (rather than tristate) option it has been conflicting
with platform MDIO buses on platforms we actually do support.

Disable it completely and add a comment about this.

Ben Hutchings fb649e9731 Reorder Kconfig according to drivers/net reorganisation 
Also add explicit CONFIG_NET_VENDOR_*=y as appropriate (this default
will probably go away some day).

Ben Hutchings 276bdef652 [i386] Enable GPIO_CS5535, MFD_CS5535, CS5535_MFGPT, CS5535_CLOCK_EVENT_SRC, GPIO_VX855, MFD_VX855 
We must enable CS5535_MFGPT and MFD_CS5535 as new dependencies of
GEODE_WDT.  The rest look useful.

CS5535 and VX855 chips are apparently only found in conjunction with
32-bit x86 processors, so unset these options in top config.

Ben Hutchings 55290d2f76 hwmon: Explicitly unset PMBUS 
SENSORS_PMBUS now depends on PMBUS, which is unset by default.  We
previously enabled SENSORS_PMBUS, but none of the specific drivers
that use it, so there seems little point in keeping it enabled.
