Moritz Fain 4bf2473ac4 ari: expose channel driver's unique id to ARI channel resource This change exposes the channel driver's unique id (i.e. the Call-ID for chan_sip/chan_pjsip based channels) to ARI channel resources as `protocol_id`. This directory contains the specification for the Asterisk RESTful
API. The API is documented using Swagger[1]. This is used to not only
generate executable documentation pages for the API, but also to
generate a lot of the boilerplate necessary for implementing the API
with Asterisk's HTTP server.
