Simon Glass	e160f7d430	dm: core: Replace of_offset with accessor ... At present devices use a simple integer offset to record the device tree node associated with the device. In preparation for supporting a live device tree, which uses a node pointer instead, refactor existing code to access this field through an inline function. Mugunthan V N	e4310566de	drivers: net: cpsw: add support for reading mac address from efuse ... Different TI platforms has to read with different combination to get the mac address from efuse. So add support to read mac address based on machine/device compatibles. The code is taken from Linux drivers/net/ethernet/ti/cpsw-common.c done by Tony Lindgren.
