sysmobts-v2: Increase the malloc length to 10MB for ubifs recovery
Sometimes the ubifs can not be recovered and this is due not being
able to allocate enough memory. Increase the RAM size to something
that is hopefully 10MB of RAM.
For the sysmoBTS we want to easily see the ARM and DSP speed
and the speed of the RAM as well. Invoking bdinfo is annoying
the reason the call was removed is not very clear.

This option should not really be user selectable. Note that on PowerPC
we currently only need BOARD_LATE_INIT when CHAIN_OF_TRUST is enabled so be
conditional on that.

Right now the SPL is trying to load u-boot based on defines, i.e. one
has to define CONFIG_SPL_NAND_SIMPLE to boot from NAND,
or CONFIG_SPL_SPI_LOAD to boot from SPI FLASH, etc...
This prevent us from having a single SPL image that is able to boot from
all media, and one need to build an image for each medium. This
commit is replacing the #ifdef that select the boot medium by reading
the value of the boot pins (via the BOOTCFG register).
Now a single SPL image will be able to read from the boot pin to know
which device should be used to load u-boot.

The SPL code already knows which boot device it calls the spl_boot_mode()
on, so pass that information into the function. This allows the code of
spl_boot_mode() avoid invoking spl_boot_device() again, but it also lets
board_boot_order() correctly alter the behavior of the boot process.
The later one is important, since in certain cases, it is desired that
spl_boot_device() return value be overriden using board_boot_order().

This is based on the davinci da850evm. It can boot from either the
on-board 16MB flash or from a microSD card. It also reads board
information from an I2C EEPROM.
The EV3 itself initally boots from write-protected EEPROM, so no
u-boot SPL is needed.

By making the board selections optional, every defconfig will include
the board selection when running savedefconfig so if a new board is
added to the top of the list of choices the former top's defconfig will
still be correct.
