ntp: Bump PR to 6 to allow online upgrades 

As pointed out by Harald the PR is lower than the package
that is already on the device. Bump it to 6 then.

Current:
opkg list_installed | grep ntp
ntp - 4.2.8p1-r5.0
ntp-tickadj - 4.2.8p1-r5.0
ntpdate - 4.2.8p1-r5.0
