task-sysmocom-legacy: Drop from feed: osmo-nitb, osmo-bsc-sccplite, osmo-bsc-nat 

They are not maintained nor used anymore.
* osmo-bsc-sccplite: Use osmo-bsc from osmo-bsc.git instead.
* osmo-nitb: Use osmo-msc from osmo-msc.git instead.
