OpenEmbedded "poky" with some sysmocom specific modifications. Mostly used only up to sysmocom release 201310, but the "pyro" branch is still used for 201705

Holger Hans Peter Freyther bf472b1799 initscripts: Attempt to have /var/log on the root partition ... For the IDU we currently want to have persistent log files. We need to fork the volatiles script (installed as 00_core) and it is already different between dora and current master of poky.
