OpenEmbedded "poky" with some sysmocom specific modifications. Mostly used only up to sysmocom release 201310, but the "pyro" branch is still used for 201705

Holger Hans Peter Freyther 96c91eb8d6 watchdog: Bump the pr, depend on the $localfs to fix the systemd init ... systemd is using the depedencies of the LSB section and according to the debian documentation all applications accessing /var should depend on the localfs.
