libpcap notices libusb in its configure if its sysrooted
and ignores it if its not. But this causes problems since
there is no explicit dependency on libusb. Rebuild from shared
state sometimes fails when libusb has not been yet populated
in sysroot and libpcap has. And do_configure of consumers of libpcap e.g. tcpdump
are probing for features on libpcap. All the tests fail since
none of link steps succeed and it sees as if libpcap does
not have required features and configure of tcpdump bails out.

A security flaw was found in the way ssh-keysign,
a ssh helper program for host based authentication,
attempted to retrieve enough entropy information on configurations that
lacked a built-in entropy pool in OpenSSL (a ssh-rand-helper program would
be executed to retrieve the entropy from the system environment).
A local attacker could use this flaw to obtain unauthorized access to host keys
via ptrace(2) process trace attached to the 'ssh-rand-helper' program.

This also sidesteps a build failure I've seen with bluez4 failing due to

Install phase currently edits files in $S with sed. This causes breakage
if install is run a second time (due to sstate hash rebuild for example)
The result is hidden build breakage, in particular
/usr/share/dbus-1/system-services/fi.w1.wpa_supplicant1.service now contains:
Exec=/usr/usr/sbin/wpa_supplicant -u
rather than:
Exec=/usr/sbin/wpa_supplicant -u
This patch does the sed edit after the files are copied to $D, which should be safe.

gcc figures an impossible asm contraint
in inline asm which it is correct about
"i" requires the operand to be a compile-time constant
but memory location of a multi-dimensional array isn't constant
at compile time.

This fix is for dhclient. It needs libcrypto at runtime and if
libcrypto is in libdir, it's path can be inaccessible on systems
where /usr is on nfs for example or dhclient is needed before
/usr is mounted.

rp-pppoe plugin was broken due linux headers changes: pppd has own copy of
if_pppol2tp.h file which is included from <linux/if_pppox.h>.
Add patch from Debian for struct pppol2tpv3_addr definition.
