Zhai Edwin	b64111f53b	libgnome-keyring: Add 2.30.1 into poky ... libgnome-keyring's function was built in gnome-keyring(e.g. 2.26.1), and then separated as an independant lib. So add this new recipe to help the gnome-keyring update, else package depends on this lib(such as libsoup-2.4) would have compile error.
