The loaded cache modules may add extra attributes to
the recipecache, that will be populated by the cache
classes required by the UI. These attributes
will be used by the UI to display relevant information.
Adds cachefields cache class field to specify
for each cache class which attributes will be set
in the recipecache.
Adds code to automatically expand depends tree with the
fields exported by the extra cache class.
Fixes a cache field name in the HOB UI.

The entire file name (with the path) is needed to know
if the image is located in the "build" directory or it comes
from layers. According to this information, the image is placed
differently in the combobox.

Implemented a new dialog used by Hob. This dialog was desinged
in order to permit to save only in a particular directory.
Also, it has a field where the user can type a description
for the image.
Implemented in the handler a method to retrieve the topdir variable,
because the changes will be saved in {topdir}/recipes/images directory.

We have agreed to change how we show the packages. Now they are not grouped by
recipe. Until now, it was implemented using TreeStore and I've changed it to
extend a ListStore. I have modified all the function in according to this.

Till now, a custom image made in Hob was using only the packages from
the base image. Now it is using everything declared in the base image.
Also next to hob-image.bb, it creates another .bb file which is used
in building process. Those images are ignored by git.

This changes the filtering to use the inheritance of
packagegroup.bbclass to determine if a recipe is a package group.
Also makes the tab tooltip text generic; these recipes could come from
any enabled layer, not just the default ones.

If save every selected package into IMAGE_INSTALL field, and then build
the saved bb file by bitbake command line, it will report errors since
some packages could not be found since they are dynamically generated.
With this commit, Hob will only save those packages into the
IMAGE_INSTALL variable which are brought in by user.

Originally we added -dev and -dbg postfixes to our selected packages as
toolchain packages. However, some package names are modified in recipes,
so we could not rely on its base name. The new approach is to detect if
a package is selected, then include those packages under the same recipe
endswith "-dev" and "-dbg".

Previously we use pattern "-image-" to match recipe name to judge if
it is image type. This will ignore some images whose name doesn't
match the pattern. The new method is to use the inherit information,
that is, if a recipe inherits image.bbclass, we treat it as an image.

Originally we will send selection chagned notification in each
include_item and exclude_item, which is time cost since these are
recursive functions and we may select hundreds of recipes/packages.
The improvement is to move the notification from include_item and
exclude_item to the place where the two functions are called.
This could greatly improve the selection/deselection speed for recipe
and package lists.
