documentation/yocto-project-qs/yocto-project-qs.xml: multi-core update
Added text suggesting that BB_NUMBER_THREADS be set to twice the number of available processor cores and that PARALLEL_MAKE be set equal to the number of processor cores. Similar changes were made to local.conf based on work by Josh.
