adt-manual: Fixed toolchain path in example
The path used for the toolchain was wrong. The string "toolchain" appears in the path. I was not informed of this before locking down 1.5 release doc changes. I have updated the path in the "Using a Cross-Toolchain Tarball" section. Occured twice.
