bitbake: bitbake: rename REGEX, REGEX_URI, and GITTAGREGEX.

Rename REGEX to UPSTREAM_CHECK_REGEX, REGEX_URI to UPSTREAM_CHECK_URI, and
GITTAGREGEX to UPSTREAM_CHECK_GITTAGREGEX to better reflect their purpose
and to reflect a common namespace.
