documentation/dev-manual/dev-manual-bsp-appendix.xml: .bbappend example
The linux-yocto_3.2.bbappend example was out of date. There is no longer a kernel features statement in the last part of the section. Only COMPATIBLE_MACHINE, KMACHINE, and KBRANCH remain. I removed the fourth one from the text description and the example code.
