dev-manual: Add a reference to poky-bleeding distro 

As an actual example of using AUTOREV, refer the reader to the
Yocto-supplied poky-bleeding distribution.

Also cleaned up some wording and added a Caution statement
about the distro not being regularly tested - Scott
