sysvinit: downgrade ALTERNATIVE_PRIORITY[mountpoint]
sysvinit is objectively less maintained than util-linux or busybox, each of which may supply its own mountpoint implementation. Adjust the ALTERNATIVE_PRIORITY to select the sysvinit implementation as the last resort.
