documentation: Created cross-references to new KMACHINE glossary item
With the creation of a new KMACHINE glossary item, there were two areas in the YP doc set that reference the variable. I added cross-reference tags. Also noted that some other references were missing to the variable COMPATIBLE_MACHINE.
