blspec: Add NFS support
With this barebox can start root filesystems containing bootloader spec entries via NFS. It is used as: boot nfs://<ipaddr>[:<port]//path/to/nfsroot Signed-off-by: Sascha Hauer <s.hauer@pengutronix.de>
