deiban packaging of linux kernel with sysmocom modifications

Ben Hutchings af9147122a Merge changes from sid up to 3.2.29-1 ... Most of the patches added to sid are already in 3.5 and could be dropped. Some others needed to be re-generated without the backporting changes.
