Sven Luther 3047145cb4 Cleaned powerpc patches, re-added those that are needed, and removed the single not needed one. ... Cleaned the fs-asfs patch. Added support for the genesi/efika board, patches scheduled for merge in 2.6.20. Note: the 0002-Add-USB-OHCI-glue-for-OpenFirmware-devices.diff patch seems a bit ugly, and may have an impact on modular usb/ohci build.
