deiban packaging of linux kernel with sysmocom modifications

Ben Hutchings 1ea9c5efa8 snd-seq: Ignore ABI changes ... Commit 8009d506a1dd "ALSA: seq: Enable 'use' locking in all configurations" which was backported into 4.13.10 will result in an ABI change for !SMP configurations.
