As discussed on d-kernel, this flavour is added as experiment on request
of Microsoft. For now it is only tested on Microsoft Azure.
It will be expanded to cover the other public cloud platforms at well.
This platforms will need additional drivers.
It is not sensible to run a PREEMPT_RT kernel under Xen or any other
hypervisor that doesn't itself provide real-time scheduling.
This requires reintroducing an explicit 'none' featureset for amd64
and i386, just to hold the Xen support definitions.
