net: Disable FIXED_PHY
...
This is only useful for specific platforms that need it, and after it
became a boolean (rather than tristate) option it has been conflicting
with platform MDIO buses on platforms we actually do support.
Disable it completely and add a comment about this.

For 686-class systems without PAE, the '486' flavour is more efficient

Revert "postinst: Remove specific support for running a ramdisk creator" etc.

initramfs-tools still assumes that official kernel packages will call
it specifically and does nothing in the postinst hook if it recognises
that it has been called by an official package. Therefore we cannot
make this change yet.

fix orig generation
* rediff various staging Kconfig and firmware patches
* rt3090 is gone
nuke evident stable, stable merged, sfc features and
MODULE_FIRMWARE (hopefully all merged ;) patches.
fix speakup patch to apply to latest staging.
auffs needs newer tree and maybe we can get rid of it postsqueeze,
so didn't try at all, just nuked.
disable vserver again for now.
merged all series file into base.
TODO: still a some stray patches, but not that urgent..
