[armel] Replace kirkwood and orion5x flavours with a 'marvell' flavour
...
Apply upstream patches from 4.5-rc1 to enable inclusion of orion5x in a
multiplatform build.
Merge configurations as well as possible.

[armel] Remove iop32x flavour (fixes FTBFS)
...
I'm not about to fix it again, and no-one else seems to care for this
flavour any more.

Build udebs for the installer
...
Use kernel-wedge in gencontrol.py and during the build process to
generate the udeb packages required by debian-installer.
Add the kernel-wedge configuration files from all the current
linux-kernel-di-$arch-2.6 packages.
