- Make BLK_DEV_IDEPNP per-arch
- Make NET_PKTGEN a global module
- Activate new PATA_* options globally
- Activate sata options globally
- Activate ext4 and GFS2
- CC_STACKPROTECTOR is disabled for now, this needs to be discussed
- Activate lots of usb|scsi|sensors|dvb drivers globally
New per-arch settings:
