Luca Boccassi b193cef0c3 Override dbg-package-missing-depends in source too 
Lintian now warns about it on the source package as well.

Ben Hutchings deeb2239ba debian/source/options: Delete redundant compression setting; satisfy lintian 
The default compression for the Debian tarball has been xz since dpkg
1.16.5 (pre-wheezy).  lintian now warns about setting the compression
option, even though we don't change the default.

Ben Hutchings 74f0c27f7d Revert "* debian: Ignore *.local." 
This reverts commit 39f3da43ac.  This
customisation mechanism was not documented and doesn't seem to be
used.

Also revert the corresponding line in .gitignore.

Ben Hutchings cfb260a57b debian/source/lintian-overrides: Override license-problem-gfdl-invariants error 
The copyright notice in the GFDL itself, mentioning invariant
sections. is just an example.  lintian seems to whitelist the
plain-text version but that doesn't cover this ReST version.

Ben Hutchings e4093aa067 Add tag validation keyring to dpkg whitelist 
dpkg-source doesn't trust us to clean unwanted binaries so we need to
list all the binaries that really should be included.
